Marko leads recruitment at 0+X, managing the full hiring process from sourcing to project placement. He works closely with our recruitment team to continuously refine processes and find the best talent for the company. He also manages a part of the consultant team, overseeing interview preparation, tech talks and workshops, and personal brand guidance.

With a background in programming and three years placing tech talent for Stockholm-based startups at C/MIND, he brings a technical perspective to recruitment that helps him identify and attract strong engineering profiles to 0+X.
