Before joining 0+X in 2018 as a senior full-stack developer, Irina had a successful expansive career spanning 3 countries, various team set-ups and diverse international companies in Bangkok, Phuket, and Singapore. From being the only tech person on the project to serving in team leader positions, Irina was involved in all parts of the web development process.

Now at Klarna, Irina has previously been a key player at Toca Boca, leading the company's development efforts with the help of React and NestJS. Her efforts were critical to building Toca Boca World with over 60 million active monthly users worldwide, from optimising older services to delivering new functionalities.

Irina is comfortable with many different technologies and frameworks, working with MySQL, Postgres and NoSQL databases, microservices and monolithic architecture, using JavaScript / Typescript, Kotlin, PHP, AWS, Docker, GitHub Actions, and more. A responsible team player, they don't shy away from taking ownership, always considerate to both following stakeholders’ interests and learning from others.
