With 8 years of experience building high-performance distributed systems, Grantas has joined 0+X team as a senior Scala engineer.

Specialising in distributed system design and asynchronous programming, Grantas's stack centres on Scala, Node.js, and relational databases. He holds an MSc in Software Engineering with a published thesis focused on machine learning.

Most recently at Wix, he led the development of a conversational AI voice assistant for streamlining data entry, migrated over 8 million users to a new API version and data store, and achieved a 50% reduction in resource usage on a CPU-intensive server. Beyond client work, Grantas enjoys competitive programming and has participated in multiple ICPC contests.
