Julia Svärd

With a background in sales management at ICA and studies in HR at Mid Sweden University in Östersund, Julia Svärd is now responsible for fostering a warm and welcoming office environment at 0+X as well as helping with apartment administration and various other HR-related responsibilities. 

Julia’s presence at 0+X makes everyone’s life easier, from consultants to management team. Beyond her role formalities, she's committed to enhancing employee satisfaction and ensuring that every team member feels valued and seen.

Outside of work, Julia enjoys staying active through running and strength training. When it’s time to unwind, she’s either having a coffee with friends or catching up with her nephews over FaceTime.
